Booking a space at a venue near you has never been easier. Signing up is free and easy, and will allow you to check out fantastic spaces, at a number of different venues across York. You will have your own online account, where you have access to the following:

• Search multiple spaces
• Check availability and submit enquiries
• View your bookings
• Manage your account

Some of our users are eligible for a discounted hire charge. These include:

• Existing Tenants
• York Learning
• SMT
• Internal Staff (Staff and Board of Directors)

To request the relevant discount when signing up, please tick the "I am a member of a community group or charity" box, and then choose the relevant option from the drop-down.

This request must be approved by an administrator before you can access the relevant discount, so please wait for confirmation before proceeding with requesting a booking. Please do still submit an enquiry however which the team can process for you once your discount request has been reviewed.
